Company OREM VENTURES s.r.o. with registered office at Kostolná 299/27, 991 26 Nenince, ID: 52514901, Tax ID: 2121045058, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Banská Bystrica, section Sro, file no. 36898/S, operating under the trade name Leonlogic (hereinafter also "Controller") is the controller of information systems in which this company processes your personal data as personal data of the data subject. The Controller proceeds in processing personal data in accordance with the legal order of the Slovak Republic, while maximally respecting the privacy of data subjects and the protection of personal data it processes.

Reasons for processing personal data

Processing of obtained and provided personal data is an essential part of the Controller's activities. Without processing personal data, it would not be able to provide its services to its clients, potential clients, business partners, or other data subjects in the required scope and quality.

Legal basis for processing personal data

Current legislation allows processing personal data based on several legal bases, while processing personal data can also occur without the consent of the data subject. If there is no other legal basis for processing personal data, personal data will be processed only based on and to the extent of the data subject's consent.

Data provision

Personal data processed by the Controller may also be processed by third parties, provided that the Controller decides so, or the obligation to provide personal data arises from the legal order of the Slovak Republic. In cases where the choice of recipient of personal data is up to the Controller, it always ensures when selecting these partners that a high standard of protection of the data subject's personal data is guaranteed.

Personal data of the data subject may be processed in countries of the European Union and countries that are contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Transfer of personal data may only occur to third countries whose legal regime the European Commission considers to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

Výmaz

Môžete žiadať, aby sme údaje o vás vymazali (vymazanie sa však nedotkne údajov na dokumentoch, ktoré musíme podľa zákona uchovávať, napr. faktúry či dobropisy).

Ak vaše osobné údaje budeme potrebovať pre určenie, výkon alebo obranu našich právnych nárokov, môže byť vaša žiadosť odmietnutá (napr. keď za vami evidujeme neuhradenú pohľadávku či v prípade prebiehajúceho reklamačného konania).
